  • Nylon Rod
Nylon has very good temperature, chemical, and impact properties. Parts machined or fabricated from nylon are light weight and corrosion resistant. Low friction, good abrasion resistance and the ability to operate without lubrication, qualify the nylons for such applications. Parts machined or fabricated from cast nylon are light weight and corrosion resistant. In addition, cast nylon's excellent load bearing capability, wear resistance and impact resistance make it ideal for demanding construction environments. Nylon rod is a cylindrical nylon bar that has outstanding wear resistance and low frictional properties and are normally available in 1 Foot Length. Its varied applications include making of Nylon Bushes, Gears, Sprockets, Bearings, Rollers.
  • Nylon Sheet
Similar to Nylon Rods, these are flat nylon sheets normally available in 1 Foot x 1 Foot size, thickness may vary as per requirements.
  • Nylon Square Bar
Similar to Nylon Rods, these are nylon bars cuboidal in shape normally available in 1 Foot length. Breadth and thickness may vary as per requirements.
  • Teflon Tape
Teflon tape is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film for use in sealing pipe threads. The tape is sold cut to specific widths and wound on a spool, making it easy to wind around pipe threads.
  • Teflon Rod
Teflon (PTFE) has excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties. And, it has a low coefficient of friction. It is difficult to make anything adhere to PTFE. A material may stick to it, but the material can be peeled off or rubbed off. PTFE was the first fluorocarbon. It is the most chemically resistant plastic known. Only a few chemicals react with it. Its mechanical properties are low compared to other engineering plastics, but its properties remain at a useful level over a great temperature range — from -400 to 500°F (-240 to 260°C). Teflon rods are cylindrical Teflon bars that has outstanding wear resistance and low frictional properties and are normally available in 1 Foot Length. Its varied applications include making of Teflon Bushes, Gears, Sprockets, Bearings, Rollers.
  • Teflon Sheet
Similar to Nylon Rods, these are flat teflon sheets normally available in 1 Foot x 1 Foot size, thickness may vary as per requirements.
  • Bush and Gear
A bushing, also known as a bush, is an independent plain bearing that is inserted into a housing to provide a bearing surface for rotary applications. Common designs include solid (sleeve and flanged), split, and clenched bushings. A sleeve, split, or clenched bushing is only a "sleeve" of material with an inner diameter (ID), outer diameter (OD), and length. Gear is a toothed wheel that engages another toothed mechanism in order to change the speed or direction of transmitted motion. Nylon and Teflon Bushes and Gears are available on demand as per customer specifications.
